A: No. You are required to allow the connection to your computer. Without your permission, Sumox cannot access your computer in any way.

A: We speak English, French and German. You select your lanaguge when you call.
Q: What contries do you cover?
A: We accept calls from any country. We have dedicated telephone numbers in Belgium,France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and United Kingdom (UK)
Q; How does your billing system work? A: The rate of our service is €1.49 per minute. We accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal.
A Sumox Engineer will take your credit card details at the beginning of the call. Billing starts the moment an operator is connected to your PC and begins to solve your computer problem. When you confirm the problem is solved, billing stops.
Q: Do I need to download any software to use your service?
A: No. All you need is Microsoft Internet Explorer installed on your computer.
Q: Do you support Apple Mac?
A: No. At present we only support Windows based computers.

A: The support process is divided into 3 steps
Complete the support request form or call out hotline and leave us a message. Don't forget to mention your name and telephone number.
An expert will call you back at the time you requested. The expert will then connect to your computer using a highly secure remote support tool. Once connected, you can keep an eye on what the expert is doing to solve your computer problem (you have to option to terminate the connection to the expert at any time).
Payment can be done by credit card or invoice. Billing starts the moment we connect to your PC and stops when the problem is solved. With this billing system you are only charged for the time the operator needs to fix your computer.
