Sumox uses a highly 128-bit secure connection when providing remote assistance. Only you and the Sumox engineer can see your computer. You are able to terminate the engineer's connection to your computer at any time. It is very important for us that you feel in control at all times.

Sumox does not store your credit card information. Your credit card details is entered directly into a payment gateway provided by Luxembourg's leading payment processor (Cetrel) - your credit card statement will state 'Sumox sarl'.
